Joe Di Placito, P.Eng., PMP
Joe is a Project Manager and Partner at RAM. Joe graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Civil Engineering. Joe is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGBC and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. He has worked with public and private project owners on traditional and design-build undertakings throughout BC. Joe has extensive experience leading complex multi-discipline projects from design to construction. Successful notable project experience is the Canada Line cut-and-cover, and management of the earthworks and wall design/construction on the 42 km South Fraser Perimeter Road (Highway 17).
Ziad Boustany, P.Eng., PMP
Ziad is a Project Manager and Partner at RAM. Ziad graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGBC and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. Ziad has extensive experience in construction management and estimating, having managed the successful implementation of a variety of projects throughout BC. He has a knack for adapting to meet the unique needs of his clients; developing plans that comply with local policies, implementing strategies when working in difficult or remote terrain, and coordinating the efforts of the project team to reduce disruption to the community.
Luba Ebert, P.Eng., PMP
Director, Project Delivery
Luba is Director, Project Delivery at RAM. Luba graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Electrical Engineering. She is registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGBC and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. Luba is experienced in managing transmission and distribution projects for BC Hydro including the delivery of over two hundred million of engineering and construction work annually. Her past projects vary from strategic asset management to managing large multi-disciplinary design teams for gas line facilities.
Jesse Unke, P.Eng., PE, PMP, RMP, LEED AP
Director, Project Management
Jesse is Director, Project Management at RAM. Jesse graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Civil Engineering. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Risk Management Professional (RMP) with the Project Management Institute, Jesse is experienced in all areas of project and construction leadership overseeing large, complex, high-profile municipal infrastructure and transportation projects. Jesse has an intimate knowledge with multiple project delivery methods, project management models, and scope, financial, schedule, and risk management tools. Jesse has developed an exceptional ability to work collaboratively leading teams, and implement successful strategic initiatives for multiple project stakeholders and groups. With a background as a Professional Engineer in Canada (P.Eng.) and the United States (PE), a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and a MMCD Certified Contract Administrator, Jesse has the ability to lead projects effectively, incorporate sustainable principles, and understand the technical aspects of his projects.
